How to register
Online registration for EICS 2015 is open. Please note that workshop participation is contingent on acceptance by the workshop organizers. You can add workshops and other items to your conference registration at a later stage by accessing your RegOnline account.
On-site registration will be available in the foyer of the main conference building Fraunhofer inHaus2, Forsthausweg 1, 47057 Duisburg.
Fees
Participants may register for the main conference and optionally a workshop or tutorial. Participants may also register for a workshop or tutorial without attending the main conference, for a slightly higher workshop or tutorial fee.

Details
Please note that the conference registration does not include workshop/tutorial registration. Thus, if you want to attend both events then you have to pay the registrations for both events.
All prices are in Euro (€). Registration for the conference includes:
- attendance at all conference sessions;
- one copy of the conference proceedings (extra copies of the proceedings may be purchased for 35€ each);
- lunch on June 24, 25; and 26
- the conference welcome reception on June 24;
- the social event on June 25 (additional tickets may be purchased for 80 € each);
To receive the student rate, attendees will be required to provide proof of student status (e.g., current student card) on arrival at the conference. To receive the ACM SIGCHI rate, attendees will be required to provide their ACM membership number during the registration process.
The Workshop/Tutorial fee includes attendance to the selected workshop or tutorial and lunch on June 23. Note that workshop participation is contingent on being admitted by the workshop organizers.
The EICS organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents, loss or damage of the private property of participants during the Conference.
Doctoral Consortium
There is no separate fee for the doctoral consortium; however, all doctoral consortium members are required to register for the main conference at the student rate.
Registration Conditions
Fees will be refunded if a written request is received at least 30 days prior to the event. There will be an administrative charge of 20 € for cancellations. No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 30 days prior the event. Substitutions may be made at any time.
