Details and fees

Please note that the conference registration does not include workshop/tutorial registration. Thus, if you want to attend both events then you have to pay the registrations for both events.

All prices are in euros (€). Registration for the conference includes:

• Attendance at all conference sessions;
• One copy of the conference proceedings (extra copies of the proceedings may be purchased for 35€ each);
• Lunch on June 14, 15 and 16;
• The conference welcome reception on June 14;
• The social event on June 15 (additional tickets may be purchased for 90 € each, it includes the transfer, the guided tour of the Natural History Museum of Pisa University and the social dinner in The Charterhouse of Calci)

To receive the student rate, attendees will be required to provide proof of student status (e.g., current student card) on arrival at the conference. To receive the ACM SIGCHI rate, attendees will be required to provide their ACM membership number during the registration process.

Workshop/Tutorial fee include attendance to the selected tutorial or workshop and lunch on June 13.

The EICS organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents, loss or damage of the private property of participants during the Conference.

Doctoral Consortium

There is no separate fee for the doctoral consortium; however, all doctoral consortium members are required to register for the main conference at the full-time student rate.

Registration Conditions

Fees will be refunded if a written request is received at least 30 days prior to the event. There will be an administrative charge of 20 € for cancellations. No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 30 days prior the event. Substitutions may be made at any time.
