Conference Reception

Reception at Mirador de Comedias. C/ Comedias, 7

The conference reception will be held at Mirador de Comedias on June 20th at 20:00 (street Comedias No. 7, corner of Calle de La Paz). The Mirador de Comedias is a space located in the heart of Valencia. The spectacular marble staircase and the large stained-glass windows that give access to the main floor, make the space one of the most emblematic buildings of the city.

How to reach the restaurant:

• By metro : You can take the metro in the Station “Serreria” (Line 4), close to the conference. Use the metro with destination “Vicente Andrés Estellés”, “Fira de Mostres”, or “Mas del Rosari”. In station “Benimaclet” take the underground (Line 3) direction “Aeroport” or “Av. Del Cid”. Get off in “Xativa”. (10 minutes walking from the metro station).
• By bus (EMT): Lines 4,6,8,9,11,16,28,70,71. Line 71 has a stop close to the conference, at the beginning of the street “Ramon LLull”. You must get off in “Plaza de la Reina”. (5 minutes walking from the bus stop).

The meeting point for the welcome reception is “Plaça de l’Almoina” at 18:30, where we have a short touristic guide throughout the streets of the oldest part of the city. This guide will finish in the “Mirador de Comedias” at 20:00. Afterwards we will start the cocktail at 20:30.

How to reach “Plaça de l’Almoina”:

• By metro (tram): Line 4, Station “Pont de Fusta”. (10 minutes walking from the metro station). You can take the metro in the station “Serreria”, close to the conference. Use the metro with destination “Vicente Andrés Estellés”, “Fira de Mostres”, or “Mas del Rosari”.
• By bus (EMT): Lines 1,4,6,8,9,11,16, 26,28,29,70,71,80. Line 71 has a stop close to the conference, at the beginning of the street “Ramon LLull”. You must get off in “Plaza de la Reina”. (5 minutes walking from the bus stop).

Gala Dinner

The gala dinner reception will be held at Contrapunto les Arts restaurant on June 20th at 20:00 (Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia, Avenida del Profesor López Piñero, 1,). Contrapunto les Arts stomps with its Mediterranean gastronomy giving winks to other cultures, from its privileged location in the Ciudad de las Ciencias, in the heart of the new cultural Valencia.

How to reach Contrapunto les Arts:

• By bus: Line 99, bus stop “Actor Antoni Ferrandis”. (9 minutes walking from the bus stop). You can take the bus in the bus stop “Lluís Peixó - Tarongers”, close to the conference. Use the bus with destination Palau de Congressos.
• By bus (EMT): Lines 1,4,6,8,9,11,16, 26,28,29,70,71,80. Line 71 has a stop close to the conference, at the beginning of the street “Ramon LLull”. You must get off in “Plaza de la Reina”. (5 minutes walking from the bus stop).
