The online registration system will open shortly after the Full Paper Round 3 Notification date (mid to end-April). To help you plan your participation, the table below shows conference registration rates.

All prices are in Euro (€) and inclusive of VAT. The registration fee includes access to the coffee break and light lunch each day, and access to the conference welcome reception and dinner events. Additional conference dinner tickets will be available to purchase during registration.

At least one author for each accepted contribution in the main conference (Doctoral Consortium excluded) must register before the early registration deadline (25 May 2026) for being included in the program.

Hybrid participation

Please note EICS 2026 is an in-person event and we do not support virtual participation, except at workshop sessions (if requested and as managed by workshop organisers).
