Registration Information

The online registration system is now open. To help you plan your participation, the table below shows conference registration rates.

All prices are in Euro (€) and inclusive of VAT. The registration fee includes access to the coffee break and light lunch each day, and access to the conference welcome reception and dinner events. Additional conference dinner tickets will be available to purchase during registration.

At least one author for each accepted contribution in the main conference (Doctoral Consortium excluded) must register before the early registration deadline (25 May 2026) for being included in the program.

Participants requiring VISA

Participants needing to apply for a VISA to travel to Greece and requiring a support letter, should primarily seek one from the ACM at this website: https://supportletters.acm.org/. The General Chairs can also provide additional VISA support letters if needed (it is sometimes required by some embassies).

Participants whose VISA application decision is delayed and therefore miss the early registration deadline, can contact the general chairs prior to registration, with proof of their VISA issuing date (e.g. a scanned PDF). The general chairs can provide a discount code to ensure these participants are not unfairly charged with late registration fees.

Hybrid participation

Please note EICS 2026 is an in-person event and we do not support virtual participation, except at workshop sessions (if requested and as managed by workshop organisers).
