Sponsorship Benefits and Visibility

We offer three tiers of sponsorship to suit your organization's needs. Each sponsorship tier offers various visibility opportunities, as follows:

• Logos on website: We will display your logo on the conference website sponsor section, visible on the home page and also in a dedicated sponsors page.
• Conference slides: We will display your logo in the opening and closing presentation slides of the conference, during the conference welcome and hand-off.
• Social media ads: We will post on our social media (Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn) to advertise your organisation as a sponsor of the conference, using your logo to accompany the post.
• Complimentary registrations: Offers free registration to a number of persons from your organisation, with access to the full conference program. The registration includes complimentary coffee breaks and lunch, as well as invitations to the conference welcome reception (cocktail buffet) and dinner.
• Visibility in the Conference main room: You may place a roll-up banner in the conference venue room (amphitheater), where all presentations will take place. Depending on the chosen sponsorship package, banners may be placed beside the projection screen space and speakers, along the side walls of the room, or beside the amphitheatre entrance doors.
• Exhibition space: The conference will have an open area for exhibits (posters, demos) in which you may set up a table or booth for your organisation, along with one or more roll-up banners. The coffee breaks will take place in the exhibition space every day.
• Promotional rights: We grant you permission to use the ACM EICS’26 conference name in your own promotional materials (e.g. social media posts, newsletters, press releases etc.) to describe your capacity as sponsor, and any activities during your participation in the conference.
